Setting the control values

Types of controls

Each asset can be controlled as follows, with the order indicating which switching has priority:
  1. manual on/off
  2. auto mode:
  3. time switching by calendar entry
  4. time switching weekdays Monday to Sunday
  5. dynamic light control* (if package Pro or booked as add-on)
  6. brightness level (dimming)
*) If you have booked dynamic light control, then you can set separately for each asset whether it is active. So you could run one of the assets without dynamic light control while all others have it activated.

The following values are required for the setup:
  • Assets without dynamic light control: brightness value e.g. 80 (%)
  • assets with dynamic light control: minimum brightness, maximum brightness, threshold value e.g. 40 (%) / 80 (%) / 800 (Lux)
  • In addition, for assets with dynamic light control, you can select what the daytime status should be, i.e. whether the asset should be switched off after the threshold value is exceeded or should remain lit. The latter can be the case, for example, for assets that are located under a canopy and should also light up during the day.
  • For all assets, you can specify the switch-on and switch-off times for the weekdays Monday to Sunday separately.
  • Last but not least, after the instruction in the cloud interface, you get the possibility to set up the switching times for special days for each asset via calendar.
