The LichtWART control system monitors your assets for possible faults and failures.
Alarm types
The following alarms are detected and reported by the LichtWART module:
-
Power failureAs soon as the LichtWART module is no longer supplied with power, it immediately sends this alarm via cloud. The built-in voltage buffer supplies the LichtWART module with power for approx. 90 seconds.
-
Light sensor failedThe LichtWART module tests whether the light sensor is transmitting values and reports an error if this is no longer the case.
-
No data receivedThe LichtWART module usually sends the current measured values to the cloud every 15 minutes. If no measured values have been transmitted within one hour, then this error is triggered in order to be able to check the data connection if necessary.
-
DALI driver failed (multiple alarm rules possible*)If communication with a power supply unit is no longer possible, then the failure is reported.
-
LED chain failed (several alarm rules possible*)Depending on the manufacturer and type of the DALI power supply, a short circuit and / or a complete failure of the LED chain is reported as an error. A partial failure is not yet detected by any DALI power supply as of January 2021.
-
Operating hours exceeded (multiple alarm rules possible*).For each power supply an alarm can be generated as soon as a predefined number of operating hours has been exceeded.
Email receiver
For each alarm type any number of email receivers can be specified.
At least one recipient must be entered (Send to).
In addition, recipients can also be entered in cc or bcc. And furthermore a reply address can be entered, if replies to eMails should be possible.
*) Multiple alarm rules
In installations with e.g. several tenants it can be necessary that the alarm messages should be sent to the respective tenants. Therefore the alarm types DALI driver failed, LED chain failed and operating hours exceeded can be created separately for each asset.
